Responsible for oversight of staff and quality control on and off the fields. Support, develop and evaluate the technical staff, in conjunction with the DOC, to create a club wide methodology from grass roots development through showcase level. Identify, establish and grow strategic partnerships to enhance the developmental process, exposure and pathway for players to reach their goals as well as the overall experience for the players, staff and families. Coaching Experience
Founder of youth soccer clubs Eastern Shore Sharks (MD), Tidewater Sharks (VA), ETA United (VA), VIRGINIA FC. Moved to Virginia in 2006 to serve as the first DOC/Technical Director of Virginia Legacy SC before accepting Technical Director role in 2008 for Chesterfield United FC. Directed ETA United's Super Y League and USYF DA programs before launching VIRGINIA FC on the Peninsula in 2019. Former professional head coach in the USL D3 Pro League (Eastern Shore Sharks FC), USL PDL (Virginia Legacy SC), WPSL Women's (Tidewater Sharks), PASL/IPL Indoor (Tidewater Sharks & Richmond United FC) and NPSL's Legacy 76 Men leading the franchise to back to back national playoff appearances and a birth in the US Open Cup. Currently head coach for the UWS Minor League Women's franchise (VIRGINIA FC) as well as boys varsity coach at HRA "Hampton Roads Academy". Former Division 1 women's head coach at Hampton University, assistant for William and Mary women as well as Division 3 Salisbury University men. A six time high school coach of the year at Jamestown High School (girls), West Point High School & the Salisbury School boys. Served as head coach for Virginia ODP State teams coaching internationally in Costa Rica, Czech Republic and Brazil with PUMA Pro Select. One of six coaches selected by the USL Super Y League to lead the USL Pro Experience teams in Cincinnati.

USISL/USL "United Soccer Leagues" player in the D3 Pro League for the Delaware Wizards, Baltimore Bays & Eastern Shore Sharks (1996-1999) with a call up to the USL "A" Leagues Maryland Mania (1999). Division 1 player for Old Dominion University (1986-87) and Salisbury University (1987,88 & 91) earning team captain, MVP, 1st Team All Conference and NSCAA All South Atlantic Regional All American. Maryland leading scorer in high school (1985), Bayside Conference MVP & 1st Team All State leading Pocomoke HS to a Maryland State Championship finals appearance.
